Friend, partner, duet, couples yoga practice.

Enjoy the fun of doing Hatha Yoga with a friend or a loved one, or simply with another yoga fan from our group in this fun expanded way of practicing Yoga. this class will have traditional Sun Salutations followed by drills done in pairs. You can do them individually if you don't desire a partner. On this practice we will expand the possibilities when having a yoga friend helps you achieve new asanas.

Examples:

- Assisted Dancer pose

- Assisted child pose

- Flying Cobra  and more...

See you there.

Here is a partner pose to try while you are waiting for the next beach yoga meetup. http://blogs.yogajournal.com/activeyogi/2013/03/sit-to-stand.html

I had a great time and plan on coming to the next one. I also found it hard to hear, but other than that... It was great!

I thought this was a lovely meetup. I found the instructor to have positive energy, the price was right, and you can not find a better venue. I found it somewhat challenging to hear. I also thought there would be more partner poses. I think we did about two or three.

Terrific group of photos. Greg is hired as the official BCYG photographer. He always got my good side.

Wonderful yoga. Karen lead us (35 of us) through a fun partners yoga session. Everyone seemed to enjoy the experience. Missed you Manny.

Hey Will, there will be some of us LNO girls there...no need to fret...lol. Bring a beach towel to pose on, and if you have yoga straps or blocks already I am sure that wouldn't hurt, but you shouldn't need anything more than a towel and water to drink. Ciao

Looks like the weather will be perfect for next weekend. You guys looked great in the Florida Today article! Welcome to the folks you recently joined. Bring a large towel or blanket - you'll never get the sand out of your yoga mat! Looking forward to seeing all of you. Namaste!
