I like all types of exercise and believe that "all "types" of exercise in moderation is the key to overall health/fitness.
I started yoga many years ago. Then began doing it regularly about 3 years ago as rehab after back surgery.
Every class. I work in the medical field and I love to see people taking care of their bodies naturally. Being proactive and not reactive is essential to healthy living. Namaste!!
