It's the only exercise that feels like I'm actually listening to what my body is saying and giving it what it needs to grow and feel better.
I am kind of new. I know some poses, but I tend to make things up as I go, listening to what feels good to my body in the moment.
I loooved aerial yoga. It allowed me to really stretch into positions which would have been difficult otherwise.
Hi, I'm Maggie. I'm into Holistic Health, love yoga but need to do it more, and I'm planning on moving to Cocoa in June. I'm looking to meet like-minded people before I move.
