It's almost impossible to practice yoga and not live "in the moment". Yoga has helped me breathe, one breath at a time, be in one place in my mind and to become centered when I am feeling everything except centered on and/or off of my mat.
Not new to yoga. But then, every asana can feel new...depends on the day.
The releasement gained from breathing, focusing and surrendering. No judgment. No competetion. Just you and your mat. Re: Location experience. In Red Rock Canyon...I'd never felt so free.
Have practiced yoga for quite sometime. Always enjoy the experience.
In a word, generous. Freely giving of time and effort to bring yoga to anyone. Caring is another word that comes to mind. The openess of the hearts and minds of those involved with theses classes, both teachers and students, make the experience a joyful one.
