Yoga is a good form of exercise which requires focus, to balance on poses such as the eagle. You work from inside out, and though it is not boot camp, I usually work up a big sweat.
I have been doing the Vinyasa Yoga for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it.
It reduces stress, and helps on lower back pain.
Yoga is a great balance to my weekend running. It relaxes my muscles after a long run. Love both; Yoga & Running and of course the beach.
Great group! Lots of people turned out, and some new members as well. Great instructor!
