I've spent lots of time in the outdoors since I was a kid. I guess I'm still just a big kid but the toys have grown more expensive. Weekend trips are about all I can do thanks to my work/family schedule.

You get a chance to meet others in Brevard with common interests. What's not to like.

I tried to come up with something witty in my profile, but didn't want to admit that I was unable to maintain a free membership in a group whose primary purpose is so the leader can force members into pretending they like her. Or him. I can't be specific :) But I am certain of one thing: None of this greeting was plagiarized.
Hey John, Thanks for the greeting. I actually have just recently move to the Cape, but still close. We will definitely have to chat about Ohio. I live in Cleveland most of my life but did live in the Cincinnati/Fair
field area for 4 years. It's funny how different parts of the same state are soooo different. Anyways, look forward to meeting you!
John,
No introduction is necessary, but that was pretty darn funny. You know I can't keep up with ya - so nope not babysitting.

Hi John, Welcome and thank you for joining Orlando Adventure Club (OAC). We have plenty of fun activities on the OAC calendar and I hope you will be able to participate in one of them soon!
Hi John,
I see you went to Egypt. I would love to talk to you about your trip sometime. My visit there was life changing.
Cheers,
Pam
Thanks. I look forward to getting out with you all and am definately interested in a backpacking trip in Mar-Apr. March weather can be real tough on the Appalachian Trail - the latter part of Apr is probably better for us Florida wimps. Also, check out the Foothills Trail in South Carolina - 76 miles.
