It doesn't make much difference but I have a few of the listed things in hd. cloverfield 300, star trek, princes bride, slumdog, moon, zombieland, beetlejuice, it might get loud. I'd quite fancy watching zombieland moon or beetlejuice.

Like the sound of Pan's Labyrinth & Flying Daggers; not seen Cloverfield so would be up for that; others Clockwork Orange, Best In Show, Fountain, Kill Bill, 300 ...

Of Chris' suggestions I would see Hustler, House, Hitchcock, or Pan's Labyrinth.
My suggestions are Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator, Donnie Darko, Princess Bride or Audrey Hepburn (i have 5 or so).

We need to provide the film for this event so please rummage through your DVD collections and see what treasures reveal themselves...

I seem to have mostly boxsets or subtitled, so I'm hoping someone else will be able to come up with a crowd pleaser... Or, of course, we can always go to Blockbusters!
