Acoustic jam session. Bring your guitar etc. to play some music!

Bring your guitar (harmonica, ukele, bongos, violin or other acoustic instrument...) and any music you want to play e.g. chords, lyrics etc. If you are playing guitar, it would be useful if you could bring along a "capo" so we can be more versatile with changing key for the vocals...

Bring along any drinks or snacks you want for the evening.

My flat is in the building north of the Lidl store and near the roundabout. The entrance to the block is immediately behind the bus shelter. Any problems give me a ring [masked]).

Hi guys, I can't upload the recordings on here as there's a 10mb limit and they're all over 20mb so I've taken the liberty of creating us a Sound Cloud account and putting them on there instead. Here are the links to the songs we did last night, you can listen and download them.

    Sweet Virginia -

    Somewhere Over the Rainbow -

    Wagon Wheel -

John, here's a link to our Sound Cloud profile if you like you could put it in our 'About Us' for people to have a listen.

Also if you want to send me your email address I can add it to the account and give you the login details so you can add stuff to it.

Let me know if any of that doesn't work!

Possible songs for Wed 15th... We could try polishing up the following as they seemed to go down well before: Wagon Wheel (Old Crow medicine show), Wild Horses and Sweet Virginia (Rolling Stones), Mad World (Gary Jules). We could try out Linden's suggestion of Somewhere over the rainbow (version by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole). And maybe try out Alan's suggestion of Sitting on the dock of the bay. See you on Wednesday.

John, thanks for including Wagon Wheel chords and lyrics which you had asked me to do. Sorry for the delay, however I have added my copy for suggested delivery on Wednesday.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
