Acoustic jam session. Bring your guitar etc. to play some music!

Bring your guitar (harmonica, ukele, bongos, violin or other acoustic instrument...) and any music you want to play e.g. chords, lyrics etc. If you are playing guitar, it would be useful if you could bring along a "capo" so we can be more versatile with changing key for the vocals...

Bring along any drinks or snacks you want for the evening.

My flat is in the building north of the Lidl store and near the roundabout. The entrance to the block is immediately behind the bus shelter. Any problems give me a ring [masked]).

There is a £1 cost per person for each of these session, payable on the evening. This is to cover the fee charged to me by "Meet up" to run these events (approx. £50 every 6 months).

Possible suggestions for this Wednesday's session:

"Little green bag", George Baker selection (http://www.guitaretab.com/g/georg-baker-selection/23397.html)

"The parting glass", a traditional song but I think the Wailing jennies version is beautiful.

Another other suggestions are most welcome...

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
