A group for friendly and enthusiastic photographers. We are a diverse bunch, very welcoming and we enjoy meeting new members at any of our monthly walks, talks and workshops.

Every month sees a new speaker at our regular venue, the Brighton Media Centre, with subjects ranging from war photography to urban street photography and everything in between. The talks are always very popular so signing up fast is a must.

We also run monthly workshops where you can learn, improve or practice a particular photographic skill. These workshops take place in a variety of settings including studios, local venues and outdoors. Numbers are limited so we can make sure you get individual attention.

In addition, we run a free monthly photowalk - past walks have been in and around Brighton, at Seven Sisters, Dungeness and at many other interesting locations.

All types of cameras are welcome; digital, film, point and shoot, cameraphone even Nikons!

Every meeting is a chance to engage with other photographers, to talk about your projects, the latest gear, share your techniques or just socialise and we accept all types of cameras; digital, film, point & shoot, cameraphone, even Nikons!

Photography is an active hobby/profession - it's not done from your armchair! We don't believe in just talking about it. We want to get out there and do it. Come with us.
