We have great new evolution posters! How do we get them to local teachers?

Do you talk about the need for more teaching of evolution in schools? Well, here’s a nifty chance to actually do something about boosting it in our own community. The Brights' Net has a project to help the teachers who want to do a good job with the subject do an even better one.

Brights Central is disseminating an evolution wall poster "Earth and Life: Changes Across Time" that combines physical and life science on the same time scale. Nothing like it elsewhere. Have you seen it? -- a stunning pictorial - and 5 feet wide! And, Brights Central can supply the poster FREE to interested high school science teachers.

But the teachers don't know that!

Learn about this project on the main site and plan to come to the MeetUp to see these “Wow!” posters for yourself. It won't cost local Brights a penny to get out the information to teachers, but it could have a significant impact.

Let’s plan the best way for us to alert local teachers to their free opportunity. Then, those who want to hang around can head for great food and drink afterwards at the Limelight.
