What work are you doing now? What languages, frameworks are you using? Is it fun?

At work I'm developing using Microsoft Languages (C#, T-SQL, etc) and Open Source (PHP, MySQL) with majority of the application in online applications. In PHP land we've utilised the Symfony Framework and in Microsoft land we use .NET with NetTiers. It's fun but it is work so it's not always inspiring ;) At home I've been using Ruby and Rails this year which has been at times a mind bender but it is fun and inspiring with what seems to be a vibrant community of developers. I can see other (Microsoft and PHP Developers) trying to be like ROR but it's just not quite the same.

Been a developer for about 20 years in a multitude of sectors programming in many languages and am now talking the journey into the world of Ruby and Rails
