Booze and Books Monthly Meetup

September's book is The Moon's A Balloon by David Niven. It's an autobiography... but fear not! It's in quite a light style, and is really a series of anecdotes. The library has no copies (what!?), hence the early posting. The theme for the month is light / comedic autobiography. Other books that spring to mind are James Herriot vet books, like It Shouldn't Happen To A Vet, and Richard Gordon's Doctor In The House series.

Sorry, I have a seminar on this evening at the same time. I will drop in on my way home and if you are still around I'll have a wine and quick chat :)

I recently read 'Bossypants' which is Tina Fey's autobiography. It was an easy read and really funny.

Admin note... I occasionally put links in the descriptions. Do these generally work for you (ie, do you get to the web page)?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
