55 actual attendees is the previous BFPG "record".. so if everyone turns up that'll make the first event of 2013 the biggest in history! Great work.
See you all there.

As you hopefully already know, we have two wonderful talks lined up for our January meetup (next Tuesday,[masked]:45):
- "Making code more functional: Lambda land in layperson's language" by Katie Miller and Steve Dalton
- "Introduction to Laws, the unsung heroes of programming" by Nick Partridge
I'm excited about these talks and it looks like you all are too! I'm very glad to be able to say that we have 58 registered attendees to the meetup, which from our recollection is a new BFPG record! So that we can adequately cater pizza and chairs for everyone that wishes to attend, can I please request you all to:
- Update your RSVP to 'No' if you have previously RSVPed 'Yes' but are no longer able to come along.
- RSVP 'Yes' if you are planning to come along but haven't yet RSVPed yet.
If everyone could update their RSVP by Monday[masked]:00, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
Also, if you're new to the group and would like to ask any questions about the meetup, then please don't hesitate to ask the mailing list or by emailing me personally.
See you all Tuesday night!
