Happy New Year everyone and welcome to 2012! I sincerely hope that this year turns out to be your best year ever!

To kickstart our year, I have asked my good friend Nhan Nguyen (aka "the No Money Down Man") back again to share more of his amazing knowledge and experience with our group.  Nhan is well known for buying with no money down and did over 70 property deals before he even turned 30 - many of which were done with none of his own money... very inspirining!!
