Sauna and soak (segregated women/men)

I'm planning to go and soak and sauna for a couple of hours from 6:00pm.  I will go for tea and a bite at one of the nearby restaurants. Would be lovely to have some women join me to soak, and if there are any men who want to soak (separately) and/or join us afterwards, that would be great also.

The venue has a women's spa and sauna area that seats about 8 or so, a cool pool about the same size, and a sauna with bench space for about 8, seated (4 if you are all lying down). There are hand held and stand-up showers where you can exfoliate, shampoo, condition or otherwise groom. In the women's section, the areas are all open, and most women choose to go naked, but some choose bathers as an alternative.

A tiny towel and locker key is provided with the entrance fee of $19.00 ($17 per visit if you buy a ticket for 10 visits). I recommend bringing your own bath towel (especially if you want to use the sauna), your own water bottle, shampoo/conditioner and moisturiser. Payment of admission allows you to stay as long as you choose -- but they close at 8:30pm on Fridays. There is also an open women's area with recliners, vibrating massagers and green tea for pre-soak or post-soak chat.

For more info email me at [masked] if you have questions.

Event Notes:
The Sauna and Soak is in a public space, although paid admission and gender segregated. Conversations can appear to be intimate, but are not private, so awareness of surroundings is appropriate. Attendance of youngsters with same sex parent is welcome, at parental discretion. This is an event suitable for old and new members of BPP, although circumstances and other attendees may prevent too open a discussion of polyamory. Existing members may bring poly or poly-friendly guests. Obviously, no photos. Remember this is safe space for our members, so please protect attendees' privacy after you leave the event.

Grateful! I was left wanting more! More time with each of the wonderful women who came. More conversation, more connection. Okay, less karaoke would have been fine.

No stress, Kath. Always up for more soaks; let me know what might work for you and we'll see if we can make it work. Hope the drumming group goes wonderfully! Great to see you (albeit very briefly) today. Hugs!

Hey Kath, several of tonight's women (and dear friends of mine) plan to come back on the 14th. It will be awesome with lots of great conversation and company! Although I am not sure N will be able to convince them to Karaoke again. N was FANTASTIC, but she was about the only one. Men, remember you are also welcome to hang out on the male side and join us for dinner afterwards. And anyone is welcome to join us for dinner without soaking if that is preferred.

Wow, I am now a +3 instead of the +2 that Meetup allows.

      What's that, bragging rights? :-)

:P Just letting my RSVP accurately reflect how many are going. Meetup doesn't allow one to RSVP for more than 2 guests. How un-poly!
