Desision time, hmmmmm, desision madewink

This event will happen but will be capped at 20 peeps

We will kart 3.30 - 7pm followed by a 2 table £25 Deep Stack tournie at the Plex from 8pm, (i assume this is still ok Matt). Any dates for the sat's? Total cost is £70 = £45 + £25

Drink (lots of it) and munchies will have to be taken to the plex as the bar staff are invisible

If anyone does not want to kart but has a friend/grandmother who will drive for them then thats fine.

At the game; Chip counts will be affected by your finishing place, plus extra chips for fastest lap, minus chips for slowest lap and if black flagged.

So only 8 places left smile

I will collect deposits £10 per driver from now on, so if you are at the game tomorrow then bring it alongwink

Hi Tobes. That all sounds perfect to me.

If we get more than 14 runners, I may need to borrow some chairs for the night. I'll have a count at how many I have tomorrow.

I've just paid £10 deposit per person going...

I only paid for 10 i.e. £100 at the moment, too risky to pay for more. The £10 per person is non-refundable and obv comes off the £45. I cannot afford to pay the balance and will ask everyone to ring the Raceway nearer the time and pay their full £45. It will save a lot of time if all the monies are done and dusted. The £100 deposit I paid then becomes mine again, weeeeee.

Steve A has paid me his £10 already, thx Steve

I have set up 3 satellite qualifiers for this.

Wednesday 12th November @ 8.15pm
Thursday 20th November @ 8.15pm (so as not to clash with Stu's game)
Wednesday 26th November @ 8.15pm

Details:
€17.00 + €1.50 "Go Karting Qualifier" - BSWPG go-karting qualifier - Private Tournament. 1 seat for every €85 raised. For more details see http://poker.meetup.c....

12 minute NL with Antes, 1500 starting chips. 1 "Go-Karting" prize for every €85 raised. Any left over paid in cash to next player down.

The PCUK exchange rate at the time of setting the tournies up was €1 : £1.26, so €17 * 5 = €85 / 1.26 = £67.46 (that's as close as I could get it). So, I'll chuck the extra £2.50ish in to a kitty for the day for every 5 entrants recieved (or 50p per entrant).

If you win a seat, you are still welcome to play the next one (we will probably need the runners!) and can take the cash instead (£65) if you win another one.

Thx Matt, hopefully they will fill up and the event will too.

As said before there are 10 places booked and deposit paid, and there are 6 places being held for another couple of weeks. Places will only be a problem if other groups book, so could still go to 20 if there is the interest.

BUMP

the 1st of 3 sats to this event is this wednesday, the 20th game now clashes with Stu's game, nice try Matt!

Wednesday 12th November @ 8.15pm
Thursday 20th November @ 8.15pm (so as not to clash with Stu's game)
Wednesday 26th November @ 8.15pm

The poker, IMO should be the same or very similar format to Matt's £100 games of late, i like the double chance, thoughts?
