the smallest i can make it is ~ 2" longer radius then your fist

i noticed. but the main problem i have had is tracking down lyra's coat color..... it's actually really hard to find. but i found it so i'll start making the structure of the hoof tomorrow (5/15).

hmmm material would be ~23 total. i'd ask for ~ 20 labor so 43 ish total.

i do indeed. but they are not cheap even if you were wanting to do the labor your self. the foam for the hoofs alone would be 49 usd before shipping and tax. and fleece for the suit (body mane tail) will proly be another ... 40 usd or so. misc materials (straps, staples, glue, pipe, other stuff) will proly be another 30-40. so ~ 130 for just materials. not trying to discourage you. just giving you an figure to chew on.
