Tired of the same old workout routines? Our workout is different from the typical gym, let us show you how! Our Intro session is a free small group training session with one of professional coaches where you learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. This class includes a dynamic warmup, explanation of the movements, practice of the movements, the workout of the day (WOD). Our free intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they’re in. We hope to see you soon!
