Hi all! The Heights a new novel written by Peter Hedges who lives here in the Heights is getting good reviews. And, yep it takes place here in Heights. A possibility for a future book discussion.

At our first Meetup, we established the general policies for future meet-ups. Each month a different member will choose a book for the group to read. If anyone objects, for example because they've already read the book, another book will be chosen by that member. The member who chooses the book will lead the discussion at the next meet-up. I also think the meet-up should be held at the home of a member who is not the discussion leader that month.
