Come see & hear the Windsor Trio!

Come dream of spring as you enjoy an afternoon of Chamber Music presented by the talented Windsor Trio ~ Kelly Howard, violin; Mary Robb, cello; Keiko Asakawa-Golden, piano. Brooklyn-based artists Kelly Howard, well known as the Artistic Director of the Brooklyn Youth Music Project, Mary Robb, an instructor at City College (CUNY) and Columbia University, and Keiko Asakawa-Golden, accompanist for Park Slope’s Bella Voce Singers and Bay Ridge’s Lutheran Elementary School Choir, have been performing together as The Windsor Trio for four years. They bring experiences from all over the globe to their work together and are pleased to have found one another in the remarkably creative Brooklyn music community. The afternoon program includes works by:

Benjamin Godard, Aubade Op. 133 (1874) for violin and violoncello

Jean Françaix, Trio for violin, cello and piano (1986)

Johannes Brahms, Trio No. 1, Opus 8 for violin, cello and piano

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
