Help Build Brooklyn's First Mountain Bike Park!!!
Join us this Saturday, July 6th from 10AM to 5PM in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where your help is needed to make cycling history in King’s County – Brooklyn’s first mountain bike destination is quickly taking shape!
Fronted on Kent Avenue between South 3rd and 4th Streets at Hayemeyer Park, Brooklyn Bike Park will offer pump tracks, a skills area, and technical trail features – all within view of the Williamsburg Bridge and the East River.
You can show your support in three ways:
VOLUNTEER THIS WEEKEND. This Saturday July 6th at 10AM, Learn about park’s design and upcoming public opening, mingle with fellow riders, lend a hand with finishing work, and take a spin on the track. Food, beverages, and fun will be provided.
VOLUNTEER ON A WEEKDAY. Volunteers are also needed to work with veteran rider and master builder Jim Dellavalle 10AM-2PM and4PM-8PM the following days:
