Dear Brooklyn/Queens RPCV community,

I’m happy to share with you two exciting and brand new job openings, which are both hiring ASAP:

(1) Emergency Support Manager, International Rescue Committee (position based in NYC)

-- Finance and/or budget management experience required, administrative experience required

-- Job description & how to apply:

(2) Job in nonprofit grants management, international development field

-- At least a year of grants management and/or donor relations required, minimum of French speaking/reading/writing/listening proficiency required

-- Job description: This job opening’s so new, it ain’t even online yet.  Please reply to this e-mail for more info, and if you meet the qualifications just above.

I like jobs, you like jobs – we all like jobs!  If you hear about a good job opening, please contact us via our Meetup page “Contact” button.  The job opening certainly doesn’t have to have an international development focus – it can be anything.  Maybe your NGO is hiring for a new program coordinator, or your widget company needs a new finance manager.  Entry-level jobs are particularly welcome.  After all, we all had to find a job in NYC at some point!  This RPCV network should help you professionally as well as socially.

And hey, did you know that we’re also on Facebook?  We’re on, and we’re stylin’!  Follow us here:

*A small number of you received a similar message yesterday.  Please don’t think of this e-mail as a repeat.  Think of yesterday’s e-mail as a sneak-preview.

DISCLAIMER: Sorry, but I'm not involved in the hiring process for either of these positions.  This e-mail is meant as a helpful FYI only.
