It is thanks to people such as yourself that the International Youth Fellowship is making a world with more appreciation and tolerance for one another. That is why we invite you to support the International Youth Fellowship’s Culture Exhibition at Foley Square Park (Thomas Paine Park) near City Hall on July 20th and August 16th. As a worldwide non-profit organization, the IYF has worked to cultivate leaders of a global mindset, pushing people to challenge themselves to their utmost limitations. These experiences expand the capacity of a young person's tolerance to a whole new level, which leads to cohesion with others around them.
We are looking for help with getting volunteers. As one of the core locations for multicultural interactions, Foley Square Park is a promising venue to not only attract many local citizens from the various boroughs of New York, but tourist Americans from various corners of the United States. Also, our Culture Exhibition has been attracting large crowds for the past two years. This year, the event was organized by the local volunteers who are either in transition to enter or already in college. They had been tirelessly visiting many local cultural organizations, clothing stores, local parks, libraries, and dance studios to receive sponsorships to organize this event. We have been preparing five large booths that are supported by local ethnic organizations, invited cultural performance teams, and organized a fashion show of more than 30 outfits. With your support, we can make a greater event of cultural mingling. Please help us by sending volunteers or interns to help us with the event.
Help us celebrate a world with higher understanding and tolerance, because that is what young people today need to become leaders. World leaders cannot view society myopically. We’ve made great strides, but there is still work to be done.
Your contribution to the Culture Exhibition 2013 will help us all move closer to our ultimate goal: a world with more understanding and tolerance. Please help us make this world a reality in our own community. If there are any questions, please contact PR Associate Joey Hahm at firstname.lastname@example.org or 714-865-7173[/url]
