Colloquy: "Building Ethical Democracy"
With Catherine Bordeau

The traditional tenets of Ethical Humanism remind us that democracy is not merely a form of government, but an approach to human relationships. Profound engagement, personal relationships, and realistic idealism can reinvigorate our civil discourse and help us build an ethical democracy.

As we approach the impending election, we will gather to ask ourselves and share our answers to the following questions: What is Ethical Democracy? What roles, if any, do personal accountability and community responsibility play in informing your definition? How is Ethical Democracy a lived practice?

Colloquies are an opportunity for deep group reflection in support of our quest to live a life of meaning, joy, and responsibility.
