Introduction

Welcome all! Thanks for joining the group. I am currently in the process of thinking through different investment options in regards to my financial future. I like to consider how each particular vehicle will carry me to my financial destination.

What goals are you currently working towards?

I am buying my first property-triplex. Income generating assets.

Is the current economy an Investor's dream, or nightmare?

It can be either if you are prepared, for me it's a dream.

If you are at an "everything must go half off sale" do you buy or wait for prices to go back up? What about when you are investing and "everything is half off"?

"everything must go half off sale" buy as long as its something you want, need, and can put to good use (good use-cash generating, cash cow). Same goes for when I invest.

How has networking inspired, motivated, or helped you?

I have met lots of people who have encouraged me, challenged my thinking, and provide further insight to my business goals.
