What goals are you currently working towards?

being a successful real estate investor and to learn how to market my ideas owning tenant owned properties wihin the next 12 months

Is the current economy an Investor's dream, or nightmare?

i think that the market is good for investors because it gives us a chance to elevate our skills towards helping others that is not versed in the real estate field

If you are at an "everything must go half off sale" do you buy or wait for prices to go back up? What about when you are investing and "everything is half off"?

i will buy as much as i can and then make my profits

How has networking inspired, motivated, or helped you?

getting me in touch with what i need to be in life and to finally have a chance and input on what my future can become
