I have been on my spiritual journey for the last 10 years and have been practicing zen buddhism; Thich Nhat Hahn is one of my favorite teachers.

Yes, I have read several of his boks and listneded to meditation tapes, including Plum Village meditations.
Do you have a formal Practice? If yes, What can you tell us about your Practice?
I used to; now it's more ecclectic; combination of buddhism, hinduism, new age philosophy, metaphysics and tantra yoga.
