Began practicing mindfulness in '90, but wasn't able to sustain a sitting meditation practice until '04. Kept it up for 3 yrs & got frustrated with my overactive mind. After experimenting w/ other techniques, I'm now back to simple sitting practice.
Yes. Love him! His book "Peace is Every Step" changed my life many years ago, and I was oh so fortunate to be in a retreat with him last year. I hear our Sangha is planning to participate in a retreat with him next year... :-))
I am a Jew-Bu with great love for the Sacred Feminine. My formal practice has been somewhat experimental recently, but I'm in the process of returning to a simple sitting practice supplemented by affirmation and metta/prayer practice.

Because deepening one's spiritual practice and capacity for love and understanding and learning to live in the present moment more consistently benefits the whole wide world!
