This is a social running group for anyone who would like to meet new people while being active outdoors. Fun, free and good for you. Beginners and experienced runners can join – we run year-round, several times a week. Sometimes just for short distances but usually five to ten kilometers, at a speed everyone in the group is comfortable with. If your ambitions go beyond that you can also find training partners to prepare for your first race or even a marathon.
To participate you will need at least two legs, a pair of running shoes, and you should be able to jog a few kilometers without needing medical assistance. Most frequently we meet in Woluwe Park, Bois de la Cambre, Forêt de Soignes and Cinquantenaire Park. Suggestions for other locations around Brussels or other outdoor activities are welcome. In the end, it’s all about having fun together!
