I don't have mad skills yet, but I do fix computers often for family, friends & co-workers, which is fun for me, and it's great practice.
As Customer Care Coordinator in a warehouse, I handle warehouse-to-warehouse, store-to-warehouse, shipping, receiving & inventory issues, recalls, pickup, driver & database issues. In other words, if there is a problem, it's my job to get it solved.
Wonderful! Very knowledgeable group, yet also very friendly, welcoming and encouraging to new people.
