Just finished the setup on the Carlos Robelli. New nut, saddle, bridge pegs and strings. Had to file the bone saddle down for a few hours to get the correct action; also, I tightened the truss rod about 3/16 of a turn. I then had to carve out the seat for the new nut to get a good fit (someone in it's history once hot glued the thing in there). Then went on the Martin Marquis 80/20 bronze light-gauge. There's still a bit of a rattle against the fret wire, but I anticipate that in a few days the neck will acclimate to the new configuration and slowly ease the strings away enough to correct this. Time will tell...
