Mindfulness in Recovery and Daily Life

As usual, the group begins with a 20 minute gently guided meditation. If you arrive late, just come in and join the group in the sit. Then, there will be a short presentation by Constance and an opportunity to share your wisdom on the topic, and have a discussion.

What do you tend to keep in mind? The breath? How you speak? Walking? Being generous? Meditation practice?

Please come prepared to share in the cost of the space. There is a request for any donation to help cover the cost of the space.

The room is in one of the classrooms, the Spirit Room, downstairs.

Parking is on the street where available. The church is on a bus line easily accessible from Uptown.

If folks want to share lunch afterwards, there are a few restaurants in the area.
