Meditation and The Mind in Buddhism

Wow! Our last group covered issues around time, rebellion, finding one's own timing, being present to ourselves, learning about how to relax in subtle ways with the breath. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!

Please join in our next group. The group begins with a 20 minute gently guided meditation. If you arrive late, please just come in and join the group in the sit. Then, there will be a short presentation by Constance and an opportunity to share your wisdom on the topic.

The topic is open right now. But, the discussion is intended to include reflection on your practice and asking questions, or just listening in.

It's nice how as a small group we share and enjoy each other. Please come even if you are new to the topic, all are welcome.

There is a request for any donation to help cover the cost of the space.

Come in the red doors at the top of the steps. Then, take the steps downstairs and the room is on the left--in one of the classrooms, the Spirit Room, downstairs.

Parking is on the street where available. The church is on the 6 bus line easily accessible from Uptown.

With the nice spring weather you can also enjoy a walk down to Lake Harriet afterwards to enjoy the water.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
