Title is self-explanatory. We will go over the sutta entitled Present-Moment Awareness in Breathing. We will practice 16 different mindful breaths and if we have time we will watch Thich Naht Hanh do his 7 mindful movements. Should be a great class! Hope to see you all there!
P.S. I know school is starting, but this will be a great stress-reliever so no excuses. ;)
