Anger is the one of the most destructive minds that we can have. In this course we will look at the many faults of anger and the reasons why we get angry.
You will learn a new approach to anger. Instead of managing and suppressing it, you can defuse it and prevent it from arising in the first place.
Everyone is welcome - the frequently angry, sometimes angry and especially those who think they never get angry!
As long as we have anger we cannot develop peaceful, positive minds. Many of our daily problems and conflicts in our relationships come, not from others as we often believe, but from our mind of anger.
By defusing anger, we experience more peace and contentment, becoming more compassionate and kind towards others in the process.
