In this course you will learn how to use your breath to relax and re-invigorate yourself throught the day.
Buddha taught that there is a close connection between our mind and our breath.
We will discover how to use our normal breathing to purify inner energy winds and attain mental clarity and physical well-being. We will also learn simple meditations that can be practiced anytime, anywhere.
No previous experience of meditation is necessary. Everyone is welcome on this day course retreat, which will be led by buddhist monk, Kelsang Lobon.
The fee for this course, which includes a light lunch, is 400kr.
