I began to meditate daily several months ago, and I have done a lot of personal research into buddhism, but I would like to be part of a community that I can practice with and learn from.
Classes and courses in meditation and mindful living for everyday life. Classes are suitable for everyone. You do not have to be Buddhist to take part in or benefit from the programme at the centre. Classes are in English. Everyone is welcome.
