Join us Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:30am for Leaven Project’s Buddhist Meditation and Mindfulness Group. No prior meditation experience needed, just come as you are and be prepared to learn something new about yourself! Meditation is followed by a short group discussion, based on basic Buddhist concepts and from a variety of sources.
By coming together each week we can strengthen each others mindfulness practice, enjoy community and develop a more mindful outlook with which to live in our interconnected world.
