The number of scientific studies finding Buddhist Meditation practices to be beneficial continue to increase...
A list of them will soon appear below.
Meditation turns out to be beneficial for physical health, mental health, concentration, attention, and more...
And despite my intent to make Meditation a part of my life's habits, I have not succeeded. I'm unclear about what it is exactly that I should do.
But then I came across the two books of Shaila Catherine at Amazon. The book reviews are stellar and I've decided to try to make Ms. Catherine's work the foundation of my next try at it.
Beginning in October, and at least through the month of December, I would be pleased to meet with others also interested in strengthening their Meditation effort through discussion of Ms. Catherine's ideas as expressed in her books.
At the first meeting, we'll see how it goes and determine together how to proceed.
