The Simple Formula

11 Tuesdays, starting February 19, 7-9pm

The teachings on the "simple formula" are based on the instructions of the great Dzogchen masters of the past. These teachings give a clear structure and framework on how to bring the teachings into our everyday lives. They are a helpful introduction to newer students setting up their practice; but can also be of great benefit to more experienced students who have been struggling for some time to stabilize their practice. The teachings consist of instructions on how to create the right environment, practice in formal sessions and integrate in your every day life, including inspiring teachings on the Three Noble Principles, Invoking the Lama and Bodhichitta.

Open to everyone that has completed the What Meditation Really Is 1-4 modules or is an experienced meditator. For questions regarding the course and the pre-requisite, contact info@rigpanyc.org.
