Weekly Tuesday Night Trivia at Thirsty Buffalo

We regularly go to Thirsy Buffalo for Tuesday Night Trivia.  To recap on how trivia works, it starts between 7:15 -7:30 and runs until 9-9:30. Our group generally arrives around 7:00 to grab tables.

We are almost always located in the side room (on the left when you first enter the bar), but if for some reason those tables are taken we can be found by the ATM (in the front to the right by the windows).

Trivia Bonus clue:Yesterday was an historic milestone as we marked the 100th anniversary of the start of World War I. Those of us who are lovers and not fighters prefer to note the end dates of war instead of their beginnings, but that's just us. Speaking of celebrating, I have a distant cousin who bought shares of Google when it first went public. Now any time he wants good news, he just opens the newspaper, finds the stock symbol and just smiles. As for me and my friends in low places, we just celebrated the 23rd anniversary of the introduction of the Aunt Jemima Treatment to the world. The clean up after that party was a lot harder (and stickier) than what we originally planned. That being said, it was also a memorable event filled with a lot of memories I can't talk about here. Tonight, you'll have a chance to create your own memories when you bring a spatula and any product featuring Aunt Jemima on the package and we'll start you fun off right with 35 points at the end of Round 4!

For those of you too young to know, the Aunt Jemima Treatment is a reference to the 1981 comedy "Stripes" starring Bill Murray and Harold Ramus directed by Ivan Reitman. Also, Google's stock exchange abbreviation is GOOG; one of the few four letter stock designations (usually they are only 3 letters).

I'm going to be a bit late to trivia tonight. I have a meeting in Orchard Park after work. See you all for the second half-ish.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
