For our second class we'll teach you to join the ends so that you'll have a necklace that slips over your head and needs no clasp.

As much as I miss you kids, I've got workmen still here working on the back steps (yay, those of you who know how wonky they were) so don't think I can make it. I had a leaky roof but have found an amazing handyman/contractor and he's already fixing the steps while waiting for the drywall to set! Hope to see you all soon.

Come on Sharon, join us!
Yeah, Sharon, attend anyway. I want to talk a little bit about about 4 bead square stitch, which is slightly different and you might see it a little bit better.
Congrats to all that have your project completed for Thurs.! I will not be attending because I don't have mine completed. I tried the # 8 beads instead of the #6 I used at the meeting, but I just couldn't make it work for me. Unfortunately, I will miss your 5/1 catch-up meeting for this right angle weave. So maybe at a later meeting I can have someone show me what I'm doing wrong. Have a blessed Easter to you all.

Sharon, mine doesn't look all that good either. I did manage to produce something long enough to be a necklace, but I doubt I'll ever do much with the technique after this. You know you can come to the meeting anyway!!
Vacationing with my son!! Yippee...

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
