I am a small business owner in Orchard Park that enjoys destressing by getting "out there". Hiking, exploring, camping, you name it.
Probably just above the level of rookie, as I havent done too many long hikes except for in Chestnut ridge park. I have explored the valentine flats area of Zoar valley somewhat, also Ive creekwalked downstream a mile or so from the zoar valley forty road parking area. I want to find some people willing to explore the deer lick area in Gowanda, as well as to descend into the Zoar gorge from the "knife edge ridge / Hogs back ridge" off of Vail road.
Yes - the Buffalo outdoors meetup, and Footprints in the Wilderness. Due to my extremely busy schedule with my business, and the fact alot of my weekend time is gobbled up by spending time with family, Im only now getting ready for my first meetup this month on October 12th - "Learn the fundamentals of hiking".
Just noticed the message on my page. Thanks, it was a fun hike. Are you able to make it to any winter hikes?
Welcome Michael! I look forward to meeting you at our November meeting - check out our event calendar and feel free to email me with any questions. Blessings - Kate M.
