Dachtoberfest 2009- Response Requested ASAP (Thank you!)

Good afternoon doxie friends,
We need a final RSVP headcount as close to accurate as possible for those who can join us for Dachtoberfest 2009 on October 11th.
If we have any less than 25+ members able to make this event, we may have to change the location and alter some of the plans (i.e. requesting the closing of the city street and possible tent rental)
Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no", NO LATER than Monday, September 28th by the end of the day. We will then reevaluate our plans and make sure we are all set for an October 11th event at this venue or another location.
