Last night at the game I was approached by a woman who I believe was a member of SARPA, not the UB facilities staff (she did not identify herself). She asked that we not move desks from rooms without asking for permission first. I also heard something about this was posted on the SARPA website notifying their members as well.

So, I'm officially passing the word along to our Meetup members not to move desks without getting permission first. If you do move desks and/or chairs, be sure you return them. There have been nights where I have been the last Meetup member out of the building and I have had to stop and tidy up rooms that I know for a fact we were using. If there are any questions, please contact me.

Yeah. I was guilty of not cleaning up a few times after my games.

So... who the heck do we ask for permission to move the desk? Just wondering...

In general, just don't move the desks.
