It was a book that was hard to put down, as the story held my interest. Not my preferred subject matter, tho, and it seemed full of inconsistencies.

Did I read that we would be meeting in Feb. in the Bakery next to Charming Charlie at the Mall of GA? If so, I wanted to let everyone know, they have moved out. Last weekend they moved elsewhere in Buford. :-(

I love Provinos too, and don't know why I don't eat there more often. Yes it is a back room, its a library setting room. I can't remember if it has a fireplace or not, but that could be the next room over that had the fireplace. I didn't even know those separate rooms were over there. I guess I just go into the main seating area and never back there.

I have finished A Cold Season if anyone wants to borrow my copy, you are welcome to come by and get it... I got the 2 cent version from England! But it takes awhile to arrive. I found it to be a page-turner!

I have a copy of the book if anyone wants to borrow it. The only catch is that I won't be back in Georgia until Sunday. My mother had emergency surgery yesterday and I'm back in NC. (She made it through ok, by the way.)

    • Susan McBrayer

Yes, you can have it, Candice. Will answer your email soon. Heading back to the hospital now and the wi-fi there is lousy.
