Ming's BBQ

This is authentic Hong Kong BBQ in a tiny storefront in the Asia Plaza (back-left).  The resto is no-frills, but the duck, noodles, pork, etc. are yummy!  They have some odd dishes too, if you're so inclined.  Here's a menu.

The manager warned that they close at 9PM, implying that they'll kick us out at that time.  It shouldn't be a problem, because we all go out of our way to be early!  :)

We'll dine and pay family-style.  If you want to opt out of that and just order and eat a dish on your own, that's fine.  You just have to let us know before we start ordering.

See you there!  I can't wait to enjoy some Peking Duck!

I might have to say that the snow pea greens were my favorite thing. (well, that and the cuddlefish, the duck, noodles.... and oh, yeah, the company)

David's fave was the green leaves. Cuttlefish was missing the asparagus.

Yummmm... Cuttlefish and asparagus! Much better than vanilla paste! As usual, cheeks are aching from laughing so much!

    • Geoffrey

Yup. I'd have picked the cuttlefish over the paste too.

Come on David. I am on the wait list, but there is space on attendance list. Am I in , or out?
    Thanks, kevin

The "automatic" waiting lists seem to only work until RSVPs are closed. It might be by design, and/or it might be operator error. ;)

This might not be correct, David, because RSVP were closed for a two days when I wrote and questioned you. System did not put me in. . . Anyway, you did, so all is well.

Last-minute babysitting cancellation, so I'll have to pass after all. Hopefully next time!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
