Going back to Peter Chang's

I copied this from Roger's last meetup here with some modification. Thanks Roger, you're the best!

Peter Chang is no longer at the Tasty China, but Chef Jiguo Jiang took over the helm last year. He cooks with the same sure hand as Chang, but takes a much purer approach than his highly touted predecessor.

Tasty China II serves same dishes as Tasty China I, which is in Atlanta Top 50 restaurants by AJC, and few dishes not offered in Tasty China I. We'll dine in Tasty China II this time since it has better view and decoration.

• If you sign up, show up. Please be there 15 minutes early, or at worst, on time.

• If your plans change, please give 24 hours notice.

    What a feast! The food kept showing up at the table. Even though I usually can't manage too much spicy heat in food, I did okay. (I ate a lot of food.) I thought the food was very well-prepared, and anyone who went away hungry must have a tapeworm. We had a fun group and had some good conversation at our table. Mai cracked us up with stories about some of the people she has worked with. I visited the other two tables too. It's really nice when you reach a point of knowing quite a few people in the group and feel comfortable enough to get up and mingle at the other tables.
