This is a group for those of us (men and women alike) who would LIKE to get out of the house, but don't really have a social network to meet up with. We would LIKE to get more exercise, but it's easier to just say, "eh, I'll take a walk tomorrow." So, if this sounds like you, this is your group! We can schedule meet-ups and take some nice, brisk walks in Buhl Park to get our hearts pumping and blood flowing. Then, let's go enjoy a salad at Eat-N-Park or Panera afterward. Let's get healthy!
